Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kitty Arcade (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our Android game published on Google Play. Kitty Arcade includes multiple puzzle modes (including Kitty Blast, PawSweep, and Purr Match).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Display name — an optional nickname you enter for the winners / leaderboard tables.
• Gameplay data — such as high score, max level reached, and mode-specific extras (for example kittens freed), used to show top-20 boards per game and improve the experience.
• Device / app identifiers — a random app-generated device id used to update your leaderboard row, advertising identifiers processed by our ads partner, and identifiers used by analytics / purchase SDKs when enabled.
• Local game progress — scores, unlocked levels, settings, and similar data stored on your device (for example via app preferences or browser storage inside a game mode).
• Analytics events — basic usage events (such as app opens) via Google Firebase Analytics.
• Purchase data — if / when in-app purchases are re-enabled, Google Play Billing and RevenueCat process purchase tokens and entitlement status. Payments are currently disabled in the App.

We do not ask for your real name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

3. How we use information

• Provide core game features (progress, settings, winners boards).
• Sync and display optional per-game high scores (top 20).
• Show advertisements that help keep the game free.
• Understand aggregate usage via Firebase Analytics.
• Restore purchases / entitlements when payments are enabled.
• Respond to support or feedback requests you send us.

4. Advertising (Unity LevelPlay)

The App uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource mediation) to show banner and interstitial ads. LevelPlay and its ad network partners may collect device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction data related to ads.

You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example the system advertising ID / privacy controls on your Android version).

5. Analytics (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (for example installs and session counts). See Firebase Privacy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases (when enabled)

Optional one-time unlocks may use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to validate purchases. Those services process purchase-related identifiers according to their policies. While payments are disabled, the App does not initiate purchase flows.

7. Winners boards / cloud sync

If you sync scores or open Winners / RANKS, we send your display name, scores, level progress, and device id to our backend (hosted with Supabase) so top-20 tables can be shown per game mode. Do not put sensitive personal data in your display name.

8. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the App:

• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and ad network partners — advertising and related measurement.
• Google Firebase / Google — analytics.
• RevenueCat / Google Play — purchases when enabled.
• Infrastructure providers — e.g. Supabase hosting for score storage.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Data retention

• Local progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Leaderboard / winners entries are kept while the service is offered, or until you request deletion.
• Ad, analytics, and purchase partners retain data under their own policies.

10. Children’s privacy

Kitty Arcade is a general-audience puzzle collection and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your choices & deletion

• Change or clear your display name in the App.
• Reset local progress from Settings (where available) or by clearing app storage / uninstalling.
• Request deletion of your winners / leaderboard data by emailing kittyblast.support@gmail.com with your display name and approximate device / install details.

12. Security

We use HTTPS for network requests. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a non-identifying display name.

13. International users

If you play from outside the country where our servers or partners operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
